Acceptable Artwork file types for Ads: JPG, PDF, PNG, PSD, MSWord, PowerPoint. The final document size you submit to us should be 8.75 x 11.25" (Portrait orientation). The book will be 8.5 x 11" after production.

There is a 0.38" bleed area - you should keep any important image or text inside the white area in diagram below, otherwise, it may be cut-off to get the final book size to 8.5x11".

SLEEPING ROOMS:

If you need sleeping rooms, we have a limited number of rooms blocked at the Crystal Gateway Marriott (703-920-3230) for the evenings of 10/21/22 and 10/22/22. If you need to book for more than the 2 nights, please call the hotel directly.

             $149 plus tax per night for a Standard Room
